Some products may be sold as pre-orders.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge:
• The product is not yet dispatched
• Production timelines may vary
• Estimated dispatch dates are not guaranteed
• Minor design changes may occur before final production
If delays occur, customers will be informed via email.
Pre-orders help fund production and are therefore subject to the refund policy below.

5. Shipping (Worldwide – Standard Delivery)
Trade Or Fade ships worldwide using standard postal services.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
By ordering, you acknowledge:
• Standard shipping may not include full tracking
• International delivery may take longer due to customs
• Trade Or Fade is not responsible for postal delays
• Responsibility transfers to the postal provider once dispatched

6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived:

• Contact us after the time has passed
If confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
